3. Membership Management & Tracking

Q: How is my cumulative spend calculated?

Your cumulative spend is calculated from the final transaction value of all purchases made on Himsoul.com, minus any discounts, taxes, or shipping fees. It is tracked using the email address and phone number provided at checkout.

Q: Does my tier status expire?

Yes. Your status is valid for 12 months from the date you achieve the tier threshold. To maintain or ascend to a new tier, you must meet the required cumulative spend within that 12-month period.

Q: How do I redeem my Exclusive Tier Discount (10%, 15%, or 20%)?

Your tier discount is applied automatically when you are logged in to your Himsoul account on our website.

Q: What happens if I make a return?

If you return products, the value of the returned merchandise will be deducted from your cumulative spend. This may impact your current tier status if the deduction places you below the threshold for that tier.

Q: I recently made a purchase but don't see my status updated. What should I do?

Please allow 48 hours for your status to be updated after a purchase is completed and payment is confirmed. If your status hasn't been updated after 48 hours, please contact our Priority Customer Service team with your order number.
